Ancho GSG BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

| 100 g | brown sugar |
| 6 EL | apple cider vinegar |
| 4 EL | Worcestershire sauce |
| 2 TL | paprika |
| 3 Stück | ancho chilies, chopped |
| 2 TL | garlic powder |
| 4 TL | onion powder |
| 2 TL | salt |
| 6 EL | molasses |
| 4 TL | mustard |
Preparation
- 1Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- 2Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- 3Let cool for at least 1 hour (for the best flavor).

Notes & tips
TAMARA'S ALLERGY (avoid cow's milk + egg + soy): MOSTLY SUITABLE - Ketchup, tomato paste, vinegar, spices, and molasses are free of milk, egg, and soy. CAUTION Worcestershire sauce: Only the original Worcestershire sauce (e.g., Lee & Perrins) is soy-free; cheap brands contain soy sauce - check the label or use the original. Put all ingredients in a medium saucepan. After cooling, let it sit for at least 1 hour. Goes well with all kinds of grilled food.
