100 g brown sugar
6 EL apple cider vinegar
4 EL Worcestershire sauce
2 TL paprika
3 Stück ancho chilies, chopped
2 TL garlic powder
4 TL onion powder
2 TL salt
6 EL molasses
4 TL mustard

Preparation

  2. 2Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes.

Notes & tips
