Ingredients

Amounts adjust automatically.
500 g ground beef
1 Stück egg (or egg substitute)
50 g breadcrumbs (gluten-free possible)
2 Stück garlic cloves
1 Bund parsley
1 Stück onion
500 ml tomato passata
100 ml white wine
1 TL paprika powder
3 EL olive oil
je 1 Prise salt & pepper

Preparation

  1. 1Knead the ground meat with egg, breadcrumbs, chopped garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper into a mixture.
  2. 2Form small balls and brown them all over in olive oil. Remove.
  3. 3Sauté the onion in the same pan, stir in the paprika powder.
  4. 4Deglaze with wine, add the tomato passata, and bring to a boil.
  5. 5Add the meatballs to the sauce and cook for about 25 minutes over low heat.
  6. 6Season to taste and serve with rice or bread.

Note: Contains egg (binding) + gluten (breadcrumbs) + possibly cow's milk. Egg substitute + oat flakes/gluten-free breadcrumbs. Sauce without milk. Soy-free.
