| 80 g | Mayonnaise (soy-free: vegan) or Rama Cremefine |
| 50 g | Cheese (soy-free: Bedda, grated) |
| 1 TL | Chili powder |
| 1 Stück | Lime |
| 1/2 Bund | Cilantro (fresh) |
| 1/2 TL | Salt |
Preparation
- 1Heat a grill or pan over high heat.
- 2Roast the corn on the cob without husks for about 10–15 minutes, turning, until lightly browned.
- 3Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (or Rama Cremefine) over the corn.
- 4Sprinkle with cheese and season with chili powder.
- 5Drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with cilantro and salt, and serve immediately.
Notes & tips
Note: 'S ALLERGY: Contains cow's milk (cheese/mayo). Can be made with soy-free mayo (Rama Cremefine plant-based) + soy-free cheese (Bedda). Corn itself is low in allergens (no gluten/egg/soy).
