80 g Mayonnaise (soy-free: vegan) or Rama Cremefine
50 g Cheese (soy-free: Bedda, grated)
1 TL Chili powder
1 Stück Lime
1/2 Bund Cilantro (fresh)
1/2 TL Salt

Preparation

  1. 1Heat a grill or pan over high heat.
  2. 2Roast the corn on the cob without husks for about 10–15 minutes, turning, until lightly browned.
  3. 3Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise (or Rama Cremefine) over the corn.
  4. 4Sprinkle with cheese and season with chili powder.
  5. 5Drizzle with lime juice, sprinkle with cilantro and salt, and serve immediately.
