Ingredients

| 400 g | Ramen noodles (or gluten-free) |
| 2 l | Chicken or pork broth |
| 400 g | Chicken breast or pork belly (chashu) |
| 3 EL | Miso paste |
| 2 EL | Soy sauce (or tamari) |
| 3 Stück | Garlic cloves |
| 1 Stück (2 cm) | Ginger |
| 4 Stück | Eggs (optional, soft-boiled) |
| 4 Stück | Spring onions |
| 200 g | Bok choy or spinach |
| 1 TL | Sesame oil (optional) |
| 2 Blätter | Nori (optional) |
Preparation
- 1Simmer the broth with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce for about 20 minutes.
- 2Dissolve miso in a ladle of hot broth and stir in (do not boil).
- 3Fry or braise the meat in slices.
- 4Boil eggs for 6 minutes, peel, and halve.
- 5Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- 6Divide noodles among bowls and pour hot broth over.
- 7Garnish with meat, egg halves, bok choy, spring onions, sesame oil, and nori, and serve immediately.
Notes & tips
Note: 'S ALLERGY: Contains egg (marinated egg) + soy (miso, soy sauce) + gluten (ramen noodles) + sesame. Without egg, replace miso with soy-free broth (possible), gluten-free noodles. Light broth without miso is low in allergens.
