800 g Zucchini
150 g Feta (optional, soy-free: Bedda)
100 g Flour (or gluten-free)
1 Stück Egg (optional)
1/2 Bund Fresh mint
1/2 Bund Fresh dill
2 Stück Spring onions
je 1 Prise Salt & pepper
300 ml Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. 1Grate the zucchini, salt it, let it sit for 15 minutes, and squeeze out thoroughly.
  2. 2Mix the zucchini with flour, egg (optional), herbs, spring onions, and crumbled feta into a mixture.
  3. 3Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4Form small balls.
  5. 5Heat oil to 180°C and fry the balls for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6Drain on paper towels and serve warm with tzatziki.
