Ingredients

| 800 g | Zucchini |
| 150 g | Feta (optional, soy-free: Bedda) |
| 100 g | Flour (or gluten-free) |
| 1 Stück | Egg (optional) |
| 1/2 Bund | Fresh mint |
| 1/2 Bund | Fresh dill |
| 2 Stück | Spring onions |
| je 1 Prise | Salt & pepper |
| 300 ml | Oil for frying |
Preparation
- 1Grate the zucchini, salt it, let it sit for 15 minutes, and squeeze out thoroughly.
- 2Mix the zucchini with flour, egg (optional), herbs, spring onions, and crumbled feta into a mixture.
- 3Season with salt and pepper.
- 4Form small balls.
- 5Heat oil to 180°C and fry the balls for about 3–4 minutes until golden brown.
- 6Drain on paper towels and serve warm with tzatziki.
Notes & tips
Note: Contains egg (optional) + cow's milk (feta) + gluten (flour). Without egg, soy-free feta (Bedda/Vemondo), gluten-free flour. Soy-free plant-based feta.
