Ingredients

| 1 große | Cucumber |
| 1 Stück | Red onion |
| 1 Stück | Green bell pepper |
| 100 g | Kalamata olives |
| 200 g | Feta (soy-free: Vemondo Greek Style) |
| 4 EL | Olive oil |
| 1 TL | Oregano (dried) |
| je 1 Prise | Salt & pepper |
Preparation
- 1Cut tomatoes into wedges, cucumber into half-moons, onion into thin rings, and pepper into strips.
- 2Place all the vegetables in a large bowl and add the olives.
- 3Place the feta on top as a whole block (or in large pieces).
- 4Drizzle with olive oil and season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 5Do not stir — serve directly at the table (traditionally the salad is not mixed).
