| 24 Stück | Wonton wrappers (or homemade) |
| 200 g | Ground pork |
| 100 g | Shrimp (optional) |
| 3 Stück | Spring onions |
| 1 Stück (1 cm) | Ginger |
| 1,5 l | Chicken broth (clear) |
| 200 g | Pak choi |
| 2 EL | Soy sauce (optional, or tamari) |
| 1 Prise | Salt |
Preparation
- 1Mix the ground meat with finely chopped ginger and spring onions, season.
- 2Cut the wrappers diagonally in half, place a little filling on each, fold into triangles and press the corners together.
- 3Cook the wontons in boiling water for about 3–4 minutes, then remove.
- 4Heat the chicken broth, briefly let the pak choi steep in it.
- 5Divide the wontons among bowls, pour the hot broth over them.
- 6Sprinkle with spring onions and serve.
Notes & tips
Note: Contains gluten (wonton wrappers) + possibly soy/egg (dough). Dough made by hand from flour/water without egg. Clear broth without soy makes it low-allergen.
