Ingredients

| 400 g | Flour |
| 200 ml | Hot water |
| 300 g | Ground pork (or vegetables) |
| 200 g | Cabbage |
| 3 Stück | Spring onions |
| 1 Stück (2 cm) | Ginger |
| 1 EL | Soy sauce (or soy-free sauce) |
| 1 TL | Sesame oil (optional) |
| 1 TL | Salt |
Preparation
- 1Knead flour with hot water into a smooth dough, let rest for 30 minutes.
- 2Finely chop cabbage, mix with salt and squeeze out.
- 3Combine ground meat with cabbage, spring onions, ginger, and soy sauce.
- 4Shape dough into a roll, cut into small pieces, and roll out into thin circles.
- 5Place filling on the circles, fold together, and press/fold the edges firmly.
- 6Steam dumplings in a steamer basket for about 10–12 minutes (or fry golden brown in oil and steam with a little water).
- 7Serve with a soy-free dip sauce (vinegar + ginger).
Notes & tips
Note: Contains gluten (dough) + possibly soy (dip). Dough made from flour/water without egg. Soy-free dip: Vinegar + ginger instead of soy sauce. Filling with ground pork or vegetables is low-allergen.
