  1. 1 Cut the Gouda (200 g) and Emmental (200 g) into cubes of about 2 cm.
  2. 2 Drain the mini mozzarella (150 g).
  3. 3 Cut the poultry mini sausages (200 g) into bite-sized slices.
  4. 4 Wash the cherry tomatoes (250 g), pat dry and halve any larger ones.
  5. 5 Wash the red bell pepper (1 Stück) and yellow bell pepper (1 Stück), remove the seeds and cut into pieces of about 2 cm.
  6. 6 Wash the cucumber (1 Stück) and cut into slices about 1 cm thick.
  7. 7 Wash the grapes (200 g) and pluck them from the stems.
  8. 8 Drain the green olives (100 g).

  10. 10 Alternately thread Gouda and Emmental cubes (200 g Gouda, 200 g Emmental), mini mozzarella (150 g), cherry tomatoes (250 g), pepper pieces (1 Stück red and 1 Stück yellow bell pepper), cucumber slices (1 Stück cucumber), poultry mini sausages (200 g), olives (100 g) and grapes (200 g) onto toothpicks.
  11. 11 Arrange all 11 components on a large platter and place the herb quark (200 g) in the middle as a dip.

Notes & tips

Note: Contains milk (Gouda, Emmental, mini mozzarella, herb quark). Variation: With plant-based cheese cubes, vegan mini sausages and a dip made from soy yoghurt, the platter can be made vegan. Tip: The skewers can be prepared well in advance and kept covered in the fridge until serving; take the cheese cubes out of the fridge only shortly before serving so they can develop their aroma. The eleven stands for the start of the session – 11 components on one platter.
