3 cl Gin
3 cl Campari
3 cl Red vermouth (e.g. Martini Rosso)
nach Bedarf Ice cubes
1 Stück Orange peel (unwaxed)

Preparation

  1. 1 Place ice cubes in a mixing glass and pre-chill the glass with them.
  2. 2 Pour the gin, Campari and red vermouth over the ice and stir cold with a bar spoon for 20–30 seconds.
  3. 3 Strain into a chilled tumbler glass with a fresh ice cube.
  4. 4 Express the orange peel over the glass (releasing the oils), drop it in and serve immediately.

Notes & tips

Note: Contains alcohol — not suitable for children or pregnant women. Classic mixing ratio 1:1:1. Traditionally served as an aperitif before a meal.
