Negroni

Ingredients

| 3 cl | Gin |
| 3 cl | Campari |
| 3 cl | Red vermouth (e.g. Martini Rosso) |
| nach Bedarf | Ice cubes |
| 1 Stück | Orange peel (unwaxed) |
Preparation
- 1 Place ice cubes in a mixing glass and pre-chill the glass with them.
- 2 Pour the gin, Campari and red vermouth over the ice and stir cold with a bar spoon for 20–30 seconds.
- 3 Strain into a chilled tumbler glass with a fresh ice cube.
- 4 Express the orange peel over the glass (releasing the oils), drop it in and serve immediately.
Notes & tips
Note: Contains alcohol — not suitable for children or pregnant women. Classic mixing ratio 1:1:1. Traditionally served as an aperitif before a meal.
