Step by step through the recipe
Ingredients
| 250 g | Flour |
| 80 g | Sugar |
| 1 Prise | Salt |
| 2 TL | Baking powder |
| 2 EL | Baking cocoa |
| 120–150 g | Chocolate chips/chunks |

| 200 ml | Milk |
| ½ TL | Vanilla extract |
| 2–3 EL | Yogurt |
Preparation
- 1 Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat and prepare the muffin cups.
- 2 Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking cocoa) in a bowl.
- 3 Mix the liquid ingredients (oil, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, yogurt) in a separate bowl.
- 4 Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir only briefly until no flour is visible.
- 5 Stir in the chocolate chips or chunks.
- 6 Fill the batter into the cups (¾ full) and bake for 18–22 minutes.
Notes & tips
Baking tips: Don't stir too long – otherwise the muffins will turn out dry. Better to bake them a little underdone than too long – they become even moister after cooling.
