4 Stück Lemons (unwaxed)
100 g Sugar
100 ml (für den Sirup) Water
1 l Water or sparkling water (cold)
4 Zweige Mint (optional)
nach Bedarf Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. 1 Heat the sugar and 100 ml water in a small saucepan until the sugar has dissolved, then let the syrup cool.
  2. 2 Squeeze the lemons and strain the juice through a sieve.
  3. 3 Stir the syrup and lemon juice together with the cold water in a pitcher.
  4. 4 Serve with mint and ice cubes.

Notes & tips

Note: Contains no alcohol. The sugar syrup can be made in advance and stored in the refrigerator. Using sparkling mineral water instead of still water makes the lemonade fizzier.
